Position: French Speaking Move Coordinator

Job Description:

•             Coordinating freight logistics;

•             Customer service, booking, documentation, routing of assigned shipments;

•             Communication with shipping companies to assure smooth work flow and customer satisfaction;

•             Making quotation for branches/agents (Air/Sea);

•             Negotiating prices with shipping companies;

•             Provide branches/agents with all necessary customs documentation;

•             Advising consignee and consignor on freight forwarding procedure;

•             Shipment arrangement with branches/agents and shipping agent within timeline given;

•             Following up with branches/agents for getting approval;

•             The candidate will also perform other duties as assigned by management.


Skills and Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent in Transport and Logistics;
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in a similar position;
  • Excellent spoken and written English;
  • Ability to generate creative solutions, thanks to a problem solving approach;
  • Very strong computer skills, in particular Excel and proprietary databases;
  • Must be resourceful, flexible and detail-oriented
  • Candidate should either have finished their studies or busy completing their studies in an accounting field
  • Accuracy, attention to detail
  • Must be French Speaking

Salary: Salary package is commensurate with experience and academic strengths.
