- Cape Town: ASSISTANT BOOKKEEPER - Alliance Française du Cap

  • Permanent, part-time post (8h per week) 

  • Responsibilities: 
    - Preparing various accounting documentation 
    - Paying invoices 
    - Managing petty cash
    - Managing suppliers and contractors 
    - Ordering office supplies 
    - Following up on debtors and creditors
  • Professional requirements: 
    - Good working knowledge of accounting functions 
    - Experience working at an accounting firm 
    - Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite as well as Pastel 
    - English-French bilingualism an advantage but not a prerequisite
  • Personal requirements: 
    - Of great personal integrity, conducting duties with the utmost discretion and loyalty
