- Cape Town: B2B Sales Consultant - SA Travellers

South African Travellers is an Inbound Tour Operator selling holiday packages in South Africa, Namibia and Mozambique to French-speaking clients (B2C and B2B).

We are currently seeking a B2B Sales Consultant to join our vibrant and talented sales team.

The role will cover a broad range of responsibilities which will include, but will not be limited to, the following:

  • dealing with new travel requests from business clients (travel agencies, corporate incentives and websites),
  • devising & planning tours,
  • verifying itineraries,
  • liaising with accommodation partners,
  • handling & confirming bookings,
  • developing new business,
  • meeting & greeting clients in the country,
  • attending to travel fairs to promote the company.
  • Bring a strong contribution to the launch of new website and products is expected.

Experience required

  • 3- 5 years of relevant experience in tourism industry (b2b and tailor made FIT experience are a plus)

  • Advanced knowledge of English (spoken and written)
  • Native French-speaking

Position is based in our offices in the city centre of Cape Town.
