South African Travellers is an Inbound Tour Operator selling holiday packages in South Africa, Namibia and Mozambique to French-speaking clients (B2C and B2B).
We are currently seeking a B2B Sales Consultant to join our vibrant and talented sales team.
The role will cover a broad range of responsibilities which will include, but will not be limited to, the following:
- dealing with new travel requests from business clients (travel agencies, corporate incentives and websites),
- devising & planning tours,
- verifying itineraries,
- liaising with accommodation partners,
- handling & confirming bookings,
- developing new business,
- meeting & greeting clients in the country,
- attending to travel fairs to promote the company.
- Bring a strong contribution to the launch of new website and products is expected.
- 3- 5 years of relevant experience in tourism industry (b2b and tailor made FIT experience are a plus)
- Advanced knowledge of English (spoken and written)
- Native French-speaking
- Strong inter-personal & communication skills
- Customer oriented
- Strong commercial awareness
- Strong time management skills
- Passionate about travel and about Africa

- Strong new business development skills
- IT skills (good knowledge of word & excel)
