EXECUTIVE PERSONAL ASSISTANT JOB OFFER
To support its development in South Africa and abroad, ODiTY, innovative company in the Digital Customer Experience industry and part of Cape Town French Tech Hub, is looking for a qualified, professional and highly motivated Executive Personal Assistant to assist its Chairman.
Based in France, Madagascar and South Africa, ODiTY delivers multilingual and multichannel customer relationship services.
Its operations are organized into 3 BUs:
• Customer Relationship Management : Lead Management, Customer Service, Hotline & Heldesk
• Consumer Insights : Feedback Management, Customer Satisfaction Measurement, Market Research, Analytics
• Digital Solutions : Software Development, Web & Mobile Development, e-Marketing, Consulting in Customer Experience ODiTY Group, innovative and alternative player, international and on a human scale, offers tailor-made and on-demand solutions, focused on Customer Experience.
As the Chairman’s Personal Assistant, you will:
Supervise complex and detailed calendars for all activities, events, meetings, travel, conferences and board activities Manage internal and external meetings for the Chairman, including scheduling and preparing meetings
produce documents, briefed paper, report and presentations
Plan and implement local Marketing and Communication actions: site branding, internal communication, goodies, event planning, etc., in relation with the Marketing department based in France
Interact with Executive Committee members, clients, suppliers and partners
South African citizen / or SA + other nation passport holder
2+ years of experience providing executive assistance for a global organization
Prior experience supporting a C-level executive in his personal and business affairs
Bachelor’s degree preferred SKILLS Excellent interpersonal skills, behavioral and soft skills
Languages: English + excellent level in French as you will need to be able to speak, read and write emails in French
