Purpose of the Job:
Develop and drive the company sales strategy to help achieve the companies’ sales and growth objectives. Build and maintain strategic relationships to achieve the companies’ sales and growth objectives. Personally lead the achievement of revenue targets.
Develop and maintain all Sales strategies and plans. Co-ordinate and drive sales efforts into France and UK. Build and develop an appropriately mandated direct and indirect sales channel. Build and maintain strategic client relationships and partnerships. Responsibility for the management and performance of all sales staff. Manage sales reporting, forecasting and pipeline. Fulfil account management role on existing, new and prospective accounts. Responsible for cash flow of the business and forecasting. Responsible for creating and maintaining a culture of excellence and driving the digital strategy. Responsible for overall client support: Service Level Agreements, Problem escalation / resolution. Being involved with clients to ensure their needs are met. Team leadership, strategic direction, profit growth Ambassador for the brand and reputation in the market Spokesperson for the company at events/socials
Experience & Qualifications
