RedFish is hiring several interns in Marketing/Sales/Admin/E-commerce for a duration of 6 months.
About the company:
RedFish.co.za is an online platform, connecting tradesmen and customers. A customer uploads a construction or home-improvement job that needs doing. Relevant and local tradesmen respond to the job request on the RedFish.co.za website, by contacting the customer and quoting. On receipt of the responses from tradesmen, the customer is able to compare the offers.
The customer is also able to compare tradesmen by looking at their online profiles, where they can see their company details, examples of previous work, and overall customer rating for previous work. The customer will then choose a team or individual to undertake the job.
On completion of the job, the customer rates the tradesman and writes a brief review. This provides information about the tradesman for future customers, while providing online marketing for the tradesman.
There is a mutually beneficial arrangement between customers and tradesman, which facilitates the creation of a safe and reliable business environment, supporting quality work and professional service.
It is a system that works on transparency. Quality tradesmen will appear as those rated most frequently and highly by customers.
