Learn from Tax & Currency experts how to manage your money better, understand the South African tax regulation and face the recurring exchange rate fluctuation - for your personal incomes and for your business.

This event is divided in four parts with different speakers:

  • Introduction & Current economic analysis speaker: Graham Barratt (Currencies Direct)
  • Tax implications private and corporate speaker: Graeme Saggers (Noland)
  • FOREX echange for private and corporate speakers: Michelle Sims-Handcock, PFX and Graham Barratt
  • Question & Answers

Location: Alliance Française du Cap.

Graham Barratt:

Since graduating from the University of Cape Town in 2006 Graham has been actively involved in financial markets, specifically sales within varied investment portfolios, insurance products and live FX market trading. Graham has been with Currencies Direct South Africa since October 2011. As Corporate Foreign Exchange (CFX) Sales Manager, he oversees all sales activity and practices within this exceptional CFX team. The team is responsible for sourcing, qualifying and managing client relations.


Michelle Sims-Handcock:

Michelle has a Sales & Marketing Diploma from Damelin and has been in Sales for 18 years.  Michelle has been with Currencies Direct since 2012 as a Private Foreign Exchange, Business Development Executive, involved in acquiring new business and qualifying lead generation, she is a personal agent to her Private clients ensuring the best service at all times.


Graeme Saggers:

Graeme is a registered Chartered Accountant (South Africa) and holds a Bachelor of Commerce Honours degree in Accounting from Rhodes University. He is an Associate at Nolands Incorporated where he specialises in Tax Advisory, consulting to both foreign and local corporates and individuals on South African Income Tax.

Currencies Direct is an international Foreign Exchange Specialist for both individuals and companies. The company provide a cost effective foreign exchange and international payment solution in Africa.

Nolands is an accounting & auditing firms for non SA residents and international companies looking to operate within the African Continent.
