You will know everything about trade barriers in Southern Africa after meeting with Talitha Bertelsmann-Scott
Who is Talitha Bertelsmann-Scott?
Talitha is an independent consultant and research associate of the South African Institute of International Affairs (SAIIA). She specialises in the European Union, Southern African trade and regional integration policy and has worked on numerous projects in this capacity as an expert. Talitha has hosted, designed and trained at a number of training workshops and regularly lectures for the University of Stellenbosch’s Graduate School of Business. She has been the project manager of a few large projects, which have involved advising to national ministries of trade in Southern Africa. Further, she has extensive monitoring and evaluation experience and has formed part of the team that evaluated the UK’s Department for International Development (DfID)’s Southern African programme. She lives in Cape Town with her husband, Dr Chris Scott and her two children, Kumi and Kai.
